Do monthly plans include the first repair?

No. The first standard service labor benefit is for annual prepaid enrollment only.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes. Monthly plans require auto-renewal and must be cancelled with at least 10 days' notice before the next billing date. No refunds are given for months already billed.

Can I add phones or tablets to my plan?

Yes. Extra phones and tablets can be added where supported. Mobile device add-ons include mobile security setup or review.

Is Managed Care insurance?

No. Managed Care is a technology protection, maintenance, and support plan. It does not cover accidental damage, broken screens, liquid damage, theft, or hardware replacement.

What is a Security Concern Review?

A light security check when you are worried about suspicious activity, fake pop-ups, questionable apps, or possible scam behavior. It is not a forensic investigation or identity theft recovery service.
